Yesterday was my daddy’s birthday (November 21st) and I was planning to buy him a pizza, cake, and cook spaghetti for him, but then, he chose to celebrate his birthday in other place. So, my planned was all ruined.

Boyfriend and I just decided to go to the mall instead. But before going to the mall, we fetched my sister to her school first. We had our dinner at Xtreme Xpresso Cafe, we were so full ’cause boyfriend and I had our meal take out from Jollibee before fetching my sister at her school. lol So, we asked the waiter if we could take home our pizza and Spaghetti Carbonara instead. lol Then we stayed a little while at Starbucks. I always make sure to visit Fully Booked store when I’m at the Marquee Mall. I was planning to buy a new book to read but I saw the Belle de jour Power Planner which I was eager to buy months ago, so I immediately bought it for 598php. I always have a planner every year but it’s hard for me to be consistent on writing. lol I hope to be consistent and organize this coming new year.

WARNING: Pictures overload! lol

I really wanna go to Subic for some road trip and a  fun shoot on the beach yesterday but my boyfriend wasn’t able to go to our house earlier than I expected (That was the first time it happened) because he over slept, and my prof cam’s battery had only 2 bars left. lol We actually didn’t planned where to go so we’re not really ready for that day. We just decided to go to Clark instead because it’s just an half hour (or less) drive from our place. There’s this one place that we always pass by every time we’re going to the same route and I find the place cute, then on that day, we stopped by in that store and tried their yogurt. It was yummmmy! Its not that sour like the Tutti Frutti yogurt but the only thing that disappointed me was they only have few flavors and toppings not like the Tutti Frutti yogurt, overload with toppings. It’s been 4 years or less since the last time I went to drove a Go Kart, so boyfriend and I decided to go to Clark International Speedway. When we got there and asked for the rates we decided not to drive anymore. 350 php for a 15 minutes drive? It’s kinda pricey for me! before, it was only 150 for every 15 minutes drive then my boyfriend told me that, that was 4 years ago. lol But we’re going to come back again soon.

Hi everyone! I made a Crema de Fruta days ago because my taste buds wants it. What is Crema de Fruta? It is a dessert that most Filipino usually served during holidays. It is a soft cake that made of graham crackers,  candied fruits, and a sweetened condensed milk. It’s easy to make, and perfect for a dessert.

INGREDIENTS:

1. 200g (2 packs) – Graham crackers
2. 168 mL (1 can) – sweetened condensed milk
3. 850 g (1 can) – Fruit Cocktail (drained)
4. 2 cups (2 packs of 250 mL) – all-purposed cream (refrigerated)

PROCEDURE:

1.   Arrange pieces of graham crackers to cover the bottom of a pan.

2.   Mix the all-purposed cream and the condensed milk in a bowl.

3.  Spread the mixed cream and milk on top of the graham crackers. Arrange 1/3 portion od Fruit Cocktail over cream. Then repeat layering using the remaining graham, create mixture and fruits.

1. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

• OPTIONAL: Crush remaining graham crackers and sprinkle on top.
